tranny fluid change, what a nice surprise.
^Mine was the same way. lol
I had a fluid and filter change and band adjustment done on mine and it hesitated a whole lot less. I need new gears though to fix all the hesitation.
You did change the filter too, right?
Also, semi-off topic, I have a PS cooler too and don't understand why it is even there. Makes no sense to me, I'm not road racing. lol

The band adjustment is incredibly easy. Literally tighten the band adjusting screw to 72 inch pounds, or 6 ft pounds; back the screw back out 2 turns and then tighten the set nut. done.
The amount of steel and clutch material in the pan is normal for a tranny that hasn't had service in awhile. The heavy duty solenoid has stopped all complaints from people having repeat issues according to my local tranny warehouse. Its a good part and not much more then stock.
Filter, fluid, bands and solenoid should resolve all of your issues. Sonnex, superior and transgo make a manual valve that will fix your in park to gear hesistation. It allows the tranny to fill the TC while in park. Its cheap and easy to install, and will lower TC temperatures.
