Hey fellas as most if you know I just did a serious top end build on my truck. Well even though I've been tuned since my cam, heads, and every thing else Ive done to her running it she's running super rich. I will admit that right now I have the stock TB on until my new 52mm from hipotek shows up. I have my idle set screw turned in so far that my iac steps are at 2-10. If I were to drill a tiny hole in each plate to help get air past the plates easier and to give my iac some relief would it help? Even though the plates are cracked I'm still running rich.

How soon till the new TB arrives? I'd take a dremel to the edges..would think that would allow for better/extra flow..my 3
The computer determines mixture. If you artificially add more air, the computer will simply compensate by adding more gas. How old are your O2 sensors?
There are probably less destructive ways to create a vaccum leak to see if it helps but I think you may be heading down the wrong path. You ought to give Hemifever a call if you are running rich.

Voltage is good, idle mixture is actually fine. It's just when I get out if it is when it wants to stumble and die unless I turn the TB set screw in really far like it is now.

So far Sean has sent me 3 tunes and all have been too rich. Plus I think Sean is getting tired of messing with my truck.
