wow that was what i thought may be the issue that is screwed how did the shop not notice that when they did the joints do they not look at the surounding area thats how you keep the customers is by looking at all possible issues not skipping a very ovious one for your safety pull the shaft so it does not break before it gets replaced

No. You might be able to take it to a driveline shop, and get it replaced, but, there is no fix for those, aside from replacement. Best bet is just find a used shaft in decent condition
at the yard. Before you install it, take it apart, clean it really well, grease the snot out of it, put it back together, and stick it in the truck. Would more than likely be cheaper than getting your repaired. (in fact, I would bet real money that replacement is cheaper than repair.)

look down the shaft for any bending
pull the shaft apart look at the splines on the slip goint make sure they are not damaged
90 days is resonable
