If you want a stock rebuild, get a deluxe rebuild kit from Transtar or Oregon Performance transmission. Run around $150 or so. Also get a new torque converter. I'd install a TFOD-JR shift kit, they are only $25. I'd also get a new governor pressure solenoid and transducer since you are in there.
I'd get a kit from Autzone if it has Raybestos frictions, but I don't know if they do. Whatever kit you get, make sure it has new steels.

If you want to upgrade, get a rebuild kit using Red Eagle frictions and Kolene steels from PATC. With a billet converter you'll probably run $900.

However, if you have a stock engine and drive normally the performance rebuild really isn't needed.

No it's a daily driver 11 miles in 11 back. I do have 4 wheel drive and like to play in the mud but I haven't with this one yet, cuz it's broke. Let me run this by you. I went out today to cut the grass around it. Started it put it in drive and it pulled strong even spun the tires out. Let it run awhile then it started slipping again. Does this still sound like needs a rebuild or is it something easy?
