coil is not replaced but it works if i can make it idle correctly, did not replace the cam sensor, did not remove or turn the distributor. usually buy napa parts, did not clean iac will do first thing in the morning and look into replacing cam sensor depending on price I have too much money in this truck already and quickly becoming broke. I will report everything I do in the morning and if it solved the problem ...Thanks

can not find the cam sensor for my trucK anywhere did you me crankshaft sensor?

You said you replaced "pick up coil" I assume that the cam sensor is what you replaced. (it's under the distributor cap and rotor. Crank sensor is on passenger side , back of head on bell housing. Download the manual.

I did download the manual. Just replaced the TPS it raised my idle form 500 to 750 rpm otherwise no change iacv is clean and testing right

Sounds like an injector possibly sticking open. Or multiple.
