Default Need help with CEL

Well I have P0400 code for EGR flow malfunction and a misfire in cylinder 4. I am aware our trucks do not have and EGR valve so wondering how I go about fixing this. I have reset the codes and they still come back so know I atleast have an issue somewhere. I was already about to replace my IAC(cleaned a few times already just gonna go ahead a get a new one) and O2 sensor(NTK). So are my two codes related by any chance and mainly I need help with the P0400 code the most. Thank you in advance and I have an 01 Ram 1500 5.9 with 207k miles on it.

I have no clue why you would be getting a code for a system your truck doesn't have..... I would seriously consider getting a tuner, not only should it fix your EGR code, it will also get rid of the death flash, and torque management. You will like the power it frees up.

Welcome to Dodge Forum.

For the misfire, pull the plug and see what shape its in. Same with cap and rotor. If you havent changed them for awhile good opportunity to replace. Could do a compression test too, make sure its up to par.

Within the last 2k miles I've done the plenum, regasketed all the way down to the head gasket, new plugs, wires , cap and rotor so I'm kinda hoping its just a faulty plug but a compression test will probably be in the near future. Also thoughts on possibly a bad(dirty) injector ?

Yep, SCT from Hemifever.

Dirty injector is certainly possible. Could try swapping injectors on the bad cylinder, and the one next to it. See if the miss follows the injector.

Probably dry. Grease it if you can, replace it if you can't.

Just replaced all of it with grease-able parts but I just got under there and true to wiggle it and it has a little play cause the nut was tightened down so I can hear it "pop" when i turn the wheel and the nut hits the center link. Does that make sense? :-p
