That give ya good low-end power? Doesn't choke it out too much at higher RPM? Any reason you didn't go larger?

No nothing changed by adding them into the system, each one was rated for a 5.7 one would have been enough, I have two. If anything tbh they helped overall not a hinderance in anyway shape or form. Do they get hot enough to work? I have no idea, will it pass a sniff test don't know that either, I just had to have cats to pass.

Shoulda got yourself a couple of these. I put one on my Z28 cause we have to pass "visual" here. Passed every time..lol. I just ordered one for my truck. In NC, if the vehicle is 96 or older, only visual is required.

Don't pay attention to the description, they just put that there to CYA...so to speak...

With cats in play no need to trick the rear 02. When it had no cats I never had to trick the rear 02 either, my pcm lets me know if the 02 is dead but no problems without cats.

Many have to do the non fouler trick for the rear 02 when no cats are used. There should be a Diy in that area

IMO Theres zero need for any bigger. My hemi has 2.25 off the manifolds all the way to the y-pipe where it goes to 3". I feel 2.5" opens it up to much.

Keaton, cool link same as hollowing the cat out really.

OP, Merc's post there is how you trick it, the non-fouler. It reads from farther up, so it thinks everything is kosher.

Actually, it would flow better than a hollow cat. Won't induce as much turbulence in the flow.

That is fair, I can agree to that.
