Cranks and Cranks Until I pump Gas
#21
It is cranking longer than it ever has and sometimes I have to pump the gas pedal to get it to start. Does it randomly, through out day.
Disconnect battery and hold cables together to reset? Also my gauge was always before the 200 mark, about 195*, then one day it just quit and read 0. Change the sender unit and now 250*....its just weird.

Maybe the temp sensor sending wrong information still...just thinking out loud.

That's a reasonable supposition. You can test the sensor...... if you know what temp the engine actually is, check resistance across the sensor (to ground) and compare it to the table of given values. (I think it's in the service manual....) Easiest is when the engine is stone cold. Then, whatever outside air temp is, is gonna be REAL close to what engine temp is.
