how do I bypass the trans relay circuit on the 46re so the solenoid pack is always gettin power

 

Is the PCM not controlling the relay? Is the relay bad? Are the fuses in the circuits good?

Which circuits are you having issues with?

 

I replaced the governor solenoid with a borg and changed the pressure sensor with a used tested one and trans still goes to limp mode.new relay and fuses are good.polarity is good from pcm to relay and getting power at pin 1 and 2 at trans connector with ign on and in drive.I just want to rule out the pcm before I go any further

 

also the relay clicks when truck starts but clicks again after bout 4 or 5 sec and thats when the light comes back on

 

Getting any trans codes?

Got a scanner that can read data? Need to see what pressure sensor thinks is going on.

 

the one I have reads freeze frame.not sure if thats the data.never understood what that was

 

If it can do freeze frame, it should be able to show raw data as well. But, even just a shot of what's going on won't hurt. Find governor pressure voltage, see what it says. Take it from there.

 

when I checked for volts at the vehicle side trans harness the volts didn't match what was supposed to be there.
at pin 4 to chassis ground was .23 and pin 5 was .14 in drive
pin 1 .03 and pin 2 .04
