Yep it does, the teeth are cut similar so once it lines up, it drops right in. Originally i was going to swap just the input gears, but noticed the differences in planets. Im not sure if it makes a difference in the strength or not, but we'll see.
Considering the strengths of the two, if the 242 holds up to a 300hp cummins, then I have no doubts that it will hold against a 300hp magnum.

I wanted to swap everything that I could over, but the chain wouldnt fit because of the spacing on the sprockets.
