It Randomly Dies,Now it's Dead!!! 97 1500 4x4 5.9
In my ongoing saga of problems, something new started yesterday.
At first I thought my transmission was slipping as it seemed to lose power and then kinda slammed back in gear. This was in stop and go traffic, under 5 mph. About another 10 miles down the road felt like it was slipping again, intermittent "sputter" so I pulled off to check transmission fluids.
While I was parked at idle in neutral it just died. ??
Started right back up, so checked trans fluid. Was a little low but still on the stick. Needed to hopefully get home so took off.
Another 15 miles later in freeway traffic ~50 mph, on deceleration coast in 4th or OD, engine stalled. Pulled to shoulder and immediately restarted. Made it the last 5 miles home without issue.
No CEL. Haven't looked for any codes yet.
Before this issue a fair bit has changed but these are the first issues with drivability in ~300 miles. Recent changes:Not sure what to check for or diagnostics to run so any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!

- Changed speedo gear from 30 tooth to 34 tooth, tire/gear correction. (300 miles ago)
- Installed remanufactured transmission with torque converter. (600 miles ago)
- Replaced PCM/ECM to fix a "no start" condition right after the shop installed the transmission. (600 miles ago).

Ok. Pending code is p0351. Now gotta research that.
FWIW, I have recently had a P0441 code. Started right after having had to move the fuel tank a little to install new leaf springs. Haven't checked any of the hoses or fill next hose for any looseness or cracks. Didn't think it related but thought worth mentioning.

I did try wiggling all the connectors on the PCM to try and duplicate the failure, but couldn't get it to fail.
