Default Multiple misfire codes & catalytic converter not ready

I just put a new exhaust on my sons 1996 Doge ram 1500 because it had no cat and was misfiring. After installation we cleared the misfire codes, ran the truck and they did not come back. Today he went to have it tested and the misfire codes are back and its also saying that the catalytic converter is not ready. I have replaced wires, cap and rotor but the codes keep coming back.

Can anyone tell me what I can do to fix these codes and get the catalytic converter ready?

Thanks for the help.

How do the plugs/wires/cap/rotor look?

Cat being ready is simply a matter of time. Just gotta drive it.

I have already replaced the wires, cap & rotor but I have not replaced the plugs because when I pull them they did not look bad.

What brand/type of plugs?
Did you route the wires per the TSB? (can be found in the faq section.)
Might be time for a compression/leakdown test.....

Plugs are Champions and I routed the new wires the same as the old ones. I don't know if the old wires where run correctly and I don't understand where to look for this TSB. I typed TSB in faq section and got nothing.

I don't think it's a compression issue because the truck is running great. It's does not sound like it is missing at all but I am still getting misfire codes on all cylinders.

How old are the O2 sensors?

Plug Wire TSB. External link, as the pics are gone from the one here.

The front one was replaced about two month ago and the rear was just replaced last week.

Don't remember the brand the first one I bought came from oreillys auto parts and the second one I bought came from AutoZone. I think they were both the same brand.
