Got the rear brake hose installed, broke the hard line running to it. Also broke the hard lines running to the front brake hoses, shop I plan to order the whole Stainless Hardline kit from SSTubes. Here are some pics of it installed and compared to the stock line. I broke the bolt holding the rear hose bracket to the frame so there is that
P.S. Love rusty vehicles
Edit: The length picture I had didn't save to my phone so you'll just have to use your imagination until I get the fronts done
Here is the frame on the other truck with no prep done. You guys might get to see my big electrolysis tank if I do that to the frame. Have to read how KBS is suppose to be applied (over rust or a clean surface). The last pics are where the frame is bad on both sides. I plan on boxing it clear to the front so it is strong for my winch. (I can't think of a way to get the dirt out of this part of the frame so im open to ideas!)

According to their website, you can apply it directly over rust..... but then, if you scroll down a bit, they have three-step 'kits' of various flavors. Cleaner, rust remover, and coating...... they offer a fourth step as well.... "top coat"...... So, get as weird or lazy as you like.
IIRC the KBS can go over rust. I'd remove as much as you can though. https://www.kbs-coatings.com I sprayed most of my stuff, but used a roller and brush in a few places. I've been told to make sure you use their primer if you want to top coat it.

I plan on using their 3 step system as that is what I have. I am spraying the whole frame and am not going to topcoat as they said I won't need it. I wonder if @fj5gtx knows where I can get 4 rust free doors
