Gonna have to agree with ya there. That looks KILLER!
my Dad stopped by to see the progress (still waiting in the crank to be turned they are taking their time as they had it for 3 weeks now and just looked at it yesterday) and he said going back to old school. It does look like an old 4 barrel intake

Mainly because it started out life is a four barrel manifold.
Austin, is that a Hughes intake? Nice looking intake. I wonder if EV6 injectors (LS 9 injector 600-700HP) would fit? Probably need different rails.
I run EV6 49lbs injectors in my vette (62 psi vs. 45psi), and wow do they work decent (price is cheap). You probably need to buy an injector wiring connector adapter

Yes it is Mike! I agree it does look nice. They do make a billet fuel rail (looks really good) but I didn't feel like dropping another $300 on a fuel rail. As long as those injectors are Bosch (I can't remember who makes the factory injectors at the moment) they will fit the fuel rail. The stock injectors are good up to around 400ish HP. I plan on getting Hughes fuel rail and "Big Gulp" throttle body but they both had a lead time of 2 months and I couldn't wait that long and I'm already into a hefty price. Now when I do buy them I also plan on the RPM Heads. I did do a Dyno before all this (about 1: year ago) and I want to compare the two when I get this done.
Now the only thing holding me up is my crank and the tune Hughes is making, which I'll probably go with HemiFever or Flying Ryan, as my gut says their tune leaves more room for HP gains.
