Default Brake lights, turn signals

Ok, I have 97 1500 4x4. My problem, NO BRAKE LIGHTS OR TURN SIGNALS...I have replaced the brake light switch and the turn signal switch as well as all the fuses and bulbs. I have tail lights, and my 3rd brake light works...any suggestions???

Do the front turn signals work ? The circuits for rear brake and turn signal are separate before the turn signal switch, and you have the third brake light working so look after the turn signal switch. There should be a connector along the left frame rail near the cowl area. Check if you get a signal there on pin 10 and 13.

Do the instrument panel indicator lights work and you hear clicking from the turn signal and/or hazards relay ?

The dash lights work. But when you turn the turn signal on, no clicking, and the direction arrow doesn't light up

Time to start chasing power, and see where you are losing it.

Although you said you already checked/replaced the fuses check them with a test light or something. You should have power at fuse C in the PDC and fuses 20 and 6 (with ignition on) in the fuse block at the dash. The fuse box also has the two round flasher relays, there should be power at the right pin.
