I just bought a 96 ram 1500 key was lost but the driver window is down. Is there a way I can remove the driver window switch and use jumper wires from the battery to the wires on switch connector to basically bypass the switch and roll up window? If so witch wires need to be grounded and powered with 12volts?
Yes. Just pull the door panel and unplug the connector. You can jump with hot and neg wires to the connector. I just did it a few days ago while replacing window regulator and motor.
Yes, there is. Lowest row of fuses, I.O.D, park lamps, power locks and stop lamp all have power when key is off.
I was referring to the various connectors for the windows. Window circuit doesn't get power with the key off. Sure, you can find power in a variety of places, and supply from there. Just need to get the right spot.
OP can download service manual from here. Wiring diagrams are in section 8W. I think pulling the door panel would be easiest..... the connectors at the body are a pain to get to.... supply power and ground to the window motor, and see what happens. If it doesn't go the right way, reverse the wires.
Either that, or if you have a title in hand, take a trip to the dealership, and have them cut a key. Gonna need one anyway.
Thanks for the info guys but I went ahead and bought a new ignition lock cylinder with keys. Now new question how can I remove the old lock cylinder without a key

Ah, yes. I was jumping into conclusions before my brain interpret what I was reading. Sorry bout that.
Anyway, if OP still has windows down, or someone finds this thread, here's how one can operate windows without keys: pull the fuse panel cover, and window fuse from upper right corner and 20A fuse from down row (or any of them).
Then take two pieces of wire and four crimp connectors, and make them like this:
I didn't have narrow blades so I trimmed one down.
Then mount the connector to the frontmost fuse receptacle, this goes to window switch. And the narrow one goes to hot side of the lower row, which is the lower receptacle. Like this:
Or one can be complete hack and just jams piece of wire to the receptacles
