If you aren't getting third, you certainly won't get O/D.

Would it shift into third with the 8 pin unplugged?

I believe so I unplugged it and went around the block and started in first then second then d

Then it's probably just an electronics problem. Change the governor pressure sensor and solenoid. Get the borg warner heavy duty solenoid set. (and a gasket and filter, and some fluid....) Swap 'em out. Go for a drive.

I’ve replaced em twice once when this problem started and the second came with the valve body I put in it

Then it should be setting codes.

TV cable adjusted properly? Does it move freely?

You are going to need a scanner that can read live data to do much more. Otherwise, you are just throwing parts at it, until you find the one that fixes it.

Need to see what PCM thinks vehicle speed, engine speed, and governor pressure are.
