Without lubrication from the circulating refrigerant, the pump will eat itself up right quick.

Understood. After I replace the 2 switches everything will be NEW. I understand the possibility of my NEW Denso compressor has the possibility of being bad outta the box. I will get to that IF the system FAILS (for a 4th. time) after switches replaced (1 on the tube @ compressor & the other on the accumulator).
I do have a hautnting concerned/thought I can't shake. About the Orifice failing under the high pressure of the 134a. Altho with the Tube removed it passed thru water at 100psi BOTH DIRECTIONS.

No sir... But I will now... I tell you why because the AC tech that I've been using said that they were working for two reasons ... It manages to take about a half a can each time... And the fact that if they both release pressure when you push down on them... Admittedly, got me to the AC system I'm still learning. There are some details that I still have to sharpen. So that being said that's my reply to your question and I welcome any extra comments or suggestions.

THe accumulator is NEW the SCHRADER valve should be new, correct? I'm replacing the switch that screws on it BTW. So that leaves only 2 valves to replace, 1 inline, (on the low (?) side), and 1 behind the Switch on the Compressor, (the high (?) Side)...just wanted Confirmation to put myself in check!

That is correct. There should be a total of four. Low side pressure switch, high side pressure switch, low side test port, high side test port.

I believe it's something with the machines. Did you ever try bypassing the switch to get the compressor spinning?

OH Yes... everything works perfectly until about 1/2 can of 134a... Then it just stops taking it. If I remember correctly with the compressor running the high side is at 150 low side is about 1:15... When we turn the compressor off the high side drops to about 1:15 and the low side drops to about 110... Now that's just what I'm trying to remember him saying I'm going to write it down if it fails again this time. Just the whole thread has detailed information step by step everything I've done. I will know about the third or fourth day of September. That's when my mobile tech will come back out and I will have all the new switches and Schrader valves. Then after that there's nothing left to change. Man I appreciate y'all's attention to this matter too.

Honestly I haven't messed with AC a lot but I never ran into this issue. Honestly it either leaked or held the freon.
