Rebuilt ABS Controller

It doesn't matter how I search these codes. Nothing seems to help to find a way to solve or clear them.

I don't like putting the battery terminals together... potentially too much of a shock load on the electronics.... I usually just disconnect the battery, and turn on the headlights. That will drain any residual power, and reset the computer, safely. Will clear most codes as well. (ABS seems to be stubborn on some of them.....)

I have been working my butt off bringing it back to it's former glory. Minor defects but over all it's a looks good,. Interior wear is normal but slowly getting that fixed as well. Once headliner replaced. My plans are to replace the floor carper( Which is pretty cheap). Figure when seats are out, going to sand and repaint the frame since they have surface rust. 23 years of wear and tear takes it's toll. lol.

Might want to try using another scanner to try to pull those ABS codes, if they persist after clearing them. On my '96 truck, the ABS codes can only be pulled via the OBD1 access port, since it's kinda a hybrid OBD1/OBD2 truck. I'm wondering if your scanner is accessing those codes correctly?

This is suppose to be a decent scanner.
