Tonneau Installed
I got my tonneau installed. It is a Pace-Edwards JackRabbit.
I wanted this design because it fits inside of the bed rails instead of on top, so my bed rail stake holes are still available to use. But more importantly (for my use at least), is that I can retract it back and still put my topper on when I need to use it (because it sits up on the bed rails), without having to remove the tonneau. It retracts back into its own storage container and the locking latches engage at 12" intervals, so I can have it partially open if I want (instead of all or nothing like some roll-up tonneaus).
I got it on eBay for 1/3 of the price of a new one. It is in pretty good shape. Install took about 2 hours. I didn't wire up the light yet though. I haven't driven enough to see if it will help my gas mileage, but I will let you all know once I find out.

RE: Tonneau Installed
spray in bedliner is the "best" mod for the trucks!!!! ok maybe not for performance wise or what not but seriously if you put anything in the bed it is the best investment. i had a 300lb steel frame of something for a grad student i worked with in the bed. pulled it out and saw some HUGE scratches in the bed. it wasn't the liner... it was the STEEL!!! MWAHAHAHAHAH die steel die!
yeah they are some good ****. and you can get it color matched if you want.
DON'T EVER USE THOSE DROP IN PIECES OF CRAP!!! too much **** gets under them and will rust the truck bed. and they don't protect it at all anyway.

I'm pretty happy over all with my drop in liner, it protects pretty well. My main complaint is that it makes access difficult to the tie downs in the bed. Wish I had a spray in liner though, but since I already have this bed protection, it is hard to justify the expense.

Looks good silver! The cover I have is the truxedo that is on the inside of the rails as well and I love it. I was still able to use my rail gaurds.(or what ever they are.) It rolls up in about 15 seconds and is real handy. Just can't lock it though!. If our trucks had locking tailgates it wouldn't be a problem. For $120 off of e-bay it is a pretty good cover. Also, I never noticed a difference in mpg. No gains or loses.
