Its been a very busy time at work so have not had much time to work on the truck.
Did get all my turbo hoses ordered and the intercooler mounted.
Finally got the shifter bent to just the right angle so it clears the dash and comes up through the shifter boot.
Had to mount the Cummins ECM and Racor fuel filter where the battery used to be. I was going to move it to under the rear seat anyway so the space worked out well.
While I had the box off I pulled the tail lights and sprayed that water sponge that they put between the bed sides and the box with a good wax based rust preventative.
It wicks into seams and should keep the cancer away.
The truck is still sitting a bit high in the front end (2" leveling kit installed) and most of the "stuff" is installed. I don't think I'm going to be much if any heavier than stock on the front end. Still have the air bags to install in the rear so I can level it up.
This "Black Magic Extreme" fan should keep everything cool and is a perfect fit on the rad. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/FLX-180/

Me Too.
The turbo hoses and cool shiny pipe arrived today so that's all done.
Cant get the air box back in so some sort of aftermarket air filter will have to be made to fit.
Got the huge hole in the rear floor cut today.
I'm having an aluminum box built to drop into the hole to give me a battery compartment and more under seat storage.
Now its just wiring, wiring and more wiring.
I have mostly got the Cummins ECM wired but still have to figure out the Dakota side.

Cant wait to see the under seat storage.
That sounds like its gonna be a barrel of monkeys.
Had it running tonight!!!!
Pretty cool sounding but needs the exhaust hooked up.
Might try and trailer it to a shop Thurs and get that done.
It does have a Manaflow system all the way up to the front but needs a connector pipe built between the Maganflow and the Cummins down pipe.
Yes video and sound clip not that far away.

So, why not get some mandral bends and make it yourself? By the way...you have me seriously thinking about doing this.
Its 3" and I have the bends but it will take them 1/2hr to build and me a couple of hrs.
Just had it for a blast up the driveway and it starts out in second real nice.
Feels like lots of power but wont know till its out on the road.
