those trucks are wayyyyyyyyy to expensive. I looked at one 3 weeks ago. It was the same day I was at the ford dealer and one of the lights fell off the pole behind me right after I walked under it missed me by 10ft

The problem with that is the weight of the Dakotas. Comparably equipped Daks don't weight much less than a Ram 1500, and the Colorado/Canyon comes in at a MUCH leaner weight (obviously, since it's smaller). My TRX4 quad cab is around 4700lbs. Probably a good 500lbs more than a comparable Colorado/Canyon.

From being around racing my whole life, I've always heard that for every 100lbs you can shed off your car, it's worth about 15HP.

Tell me that doesn't sound mean though. Chevy and their awesome engines make me jealous. I expect some hate on this one, but I want one...especially the SS...

I really hope you're talking about a Silverado and not a POS Colorado...

Did you see how that shoehorned that V8 in there?? The fan is like right on the block, the intake plastic piping has this indent designed into it so the fan doesnt hit it.

Thats sick though, you have to admit. Its a small truck.

Any small/medium truck is better than the dakota as long as the aftermarket keeps giving us the cold shoulder... I am soooo disappointed that I bought a dakota ever since I checked the aftermarket. I couldn't believe it!
