Ok guys, this is the part list I'm working on. This is what I consider the "essentials" or the bare minimum I need to get started.
I’m doing some research on engine management so I will hold off on that for a bit.
If you guys could point me in the right direction to get the following parts that would be great, I'm looking for good quality but of course great prices =D
Parts I already bought:
Turbo
$505.00
GARRETT
EBAY
ITEM # 260779128657
Transmission Cooler
$65.00 AUTO ZONE
Cone Filter
$0.00
AEM
RECYCLE FROM CAI
Parts I still need:
Electric Oil Pump
RACER PARTS WHOLESALE
Oil Feed line/Return line
Wastegate
Blow off Valve
Bigger Injectors
$358.50
FIVE MOTOR SPORTS
Intercooler
High Pressure Fuel Pump
Oil Pressure Gauge
Wideband Gauge
PSI Gauge

I plan to do things in the following order.
Install Transmission cooler
Install intercooler (no piping yet)
Mount oil return pump
Run oil lines
Replace fuel pump.
Mount turbo under truck.
After that I would take the truck to the muffler shop and have them fabricate a Y pipe for me.
I will do the rest of the piping myself except the muffler, and install the blow off valve and wastegate.
These are the pip sizes I'm going to use.
2.5” pipes from headers to turbo.
2.5 pipe from turbo to intercooler.
3” pipe from intercooler to throttle body ( I can keep my current CAI pipe)
MR,
Tial makes great components. I use both their wastegate and blow off valve on my car. Their tech support is second to none, along with the quality of their products.

I've been using Innovate widebands forever. Again, excellent customer service, tech support, and quality products. Here's what I would get for your setup. It's inexpensive and requires an easy installation.

Ruger, I'm a DSM guy. I think Eric Emery still is as well. Unfortunately, I don't have any used DSM turbos lying around. Everything I have is Garrett based. But, I have a friend that might. PM me and let me know what you are looking for.
