i havent pulled them out, but im about 75% sure they are ill check for u....

The cluster is an EL sheet. You'd have to make modifications to accept the LEDs, and also get power from before the ELs converter. It's the white sheet in this pic.

this is the back of the cluster, not sure what's behind the EL sheet though. the circuit board is inside the housing

im pretty sure there is some b8.5d's back there, the 06 rams and up have bulbs..... and ive seen one side go out on a dakota at work i believe.....

Damn, I should have waited...I just bought the 3 superbrightled bulbs for the HVAC controls, + 5 more for the gauge cluster, hoping that would be enough. Great, now I have 5 that won't go anywhere else on the truck...
