Rough Idling

Rough Idling
Has any body else had problems with rough idling lately or at all? I've had it for a while, but I'm figuring that since it's raining just about everyday since November here, that maybe there's a chance that there is some water in the tank and lines.
I bought some Octane booster to see if that'll help get rid of the water or the rough idling.
Let me know.

I put it on last month. Actually, I had the dealership put it on and I know they didn't do the negative battery deal. I had to go back and do it myself. I also have to do an adjustment on it so I can close the snorkel back against the foam. Not happy with the way they did that.

The reason I asked is because the engine's computer has to reset/change to the fact that it now is breathing in more air.
It was that way on the 3 Ford Focus's I had, when I put aftermarket intakes on them.
Also, on K&N's install instructions it said to do that as well.

The Air Raid said to do that also, but being that the guy is a "pro" probably didn't even read the instructions. I went out when the Seahawks were kicking the crap out of the Eagles and disconnected the negative for the half hour, something close to it.
Kind of pissed me off.
