Question What are you guys paying for the new Durango?

I proposed a deal to 2 dealers. One made me think I was crazy and the other said it was reasonable. I haven't been back to talk with either.

It currently comes with the $2k cash back, but surely you guys are getting better deals??? How much are you getting the MSRP dropped?

I'm assuming if there are any 2011 RT's left when the 12's come out they will get really cheap going from the 5 speed tranny to the 6.

Does anyone know the MPG difference that 6th gear makes?

Thanks in advance.

A lot of people do not realize. If you go to TreadLightly.org and if you join with a three year membership for $60, you are given a code and membership letter that allows you to get any chrysler, jeep, doddge vehicle for 1% under invoice. The only catch is you have to use the discount one year from you join tread lightly. So for a Citadel that's about 4500 to 6000 off MSRP. Its a great deal, but a lot of people haven't heard of it.

Got $300 under invoice. Could have done better but we got color combo in trim we wanted. Not a lot of 2011s around in what we wanted.

Yeah that's about 1% below invoice. I forgot to mention, that the discount through treadlightly.com gives you the price of 1% below invoice and you are still given the 2000 off rebate. So you could technically save around 8000 off of MSRP similar to what nosurf2day said.

This price was with a rebate chryslers summer buyers rebate of 2500 and a military rebate of 500, so my deal isnt quite as good as yours suggestion is. I would have saved more it sounds like

Based on what you said your D is equipped with that msrp would be around 48k, so your Citadel's price must have already been reduced on top of the rebates.

Not sure, total price before any rebates was $46,530
