Anyone got any ideas on studs to replace with instead of using pacesetter bolts? I've seen the Stage 8 kits with bolts, but still can't find studs.

Also... one thing I still haven't got in touch with Pacesetter is that the front bolt on the passenger side does not line up.

do you have to mess with any tuner settings if you put headers on?

Thanks, I've got cat back and the noise in the cab is pretty severe. I'd like to do headers but I'm a little worried about the noise. I do alot of long roadtrips with the truck and pull a 18' travel trailer too...so got to keep that noise at least where it is and not louder.

Done my Preinstall Dyno run.
for those who LT headers make you run lean. Not 12-15 12.5 in power band=rich
OK
318HP
334TQ
5.7 K&N CAI, Dynatech Supermaxx LT headers w/ Magnaflow Cats, FM 50HD dual out exhaust and stock 3.55 gears
the shop compared me to another 07 that ran 300HP and 310TQ.---Motor unknown to me
and she Sounds Awesome at full throttle not it the truck

ok....getting ready to purchase my Pacesetter LTS.....i need to know if it is important to get high-flow cats? if so im gonna grab some magnaflow high flow cats to match the muffler i got on now.

also, i was told to be careful with opening up the exhaust too much, could be a loss of torque....does this advice have merit?

final question.....do i need to buy a 2nd magnaflow muffler for true dual exhaust...or just keep the one muffler with both pipes running into it like it is now without headers?
