Default Tuning with Superchips

I got no clue when it comes to all the options for tuning. Should I just stick with the preloaded tunes or experiment? Can someone tell me what it does moving the shift points and changing the torque? Thanks.

set aside a couple of hours and go read the Super Chips sticky at the top of the 1st page... It will answer all your questions and more...

Read the sticky and I would stick to the canned tunes.

Yes, they retail for $339. Check the shipping charges though, AA ships free 2nd day air.

Plus you get a 25.00 mail in rebate from Super Chips if you buy before the end of the year.

I recently put on a set of 20" tires and noticed a small dip in performance with my truck, not to mention the speedo being off by a few mph. I ordered a SCT 3865, adjusted the speedo and installed the 91 tune. What a difference in performance! The transmission no longer feels like a sponge and shifts the way I think it should have from the factory. The speedo is now dead nuts on as I checked it with my GPS. Great product! Completely satisfied and would recommend others give it a try.

Default Compare Superchips to.......

I'm pretty much sold on a Superchip Tuner for my '06 Hemi...but I had a friend recommend Bullydog. I've mostly heard of them being used on diesel trucks. Does anyone know how they compare to Superchips?

Thanks

The main differences between the two products are that the Cortex offers a 2 year powertrain warranty and out of the box it covers our entire Dodge line from gas to diesel.

Scott,

It looks like you're saying the Cortex covers any dodge gas or diesel.....what year models? engine sizes? Is that correct?

Thanks,
