Do you tow? If not, have you ever thought about ditching the hitch?

I dont tow, but that hitch has saved my bumper twice since I bought the truck and I dont really mind the extra weight there. Reg Cabs have horrible traction because of the short wheel base and lack of weight so the little extra is ok for now.

I guess that extra ballast could help get a little more traction back there.

Total side note, it is nice to see a performance thread on here. It has been too long since the last time there was some performance talk going on.

If the thread keeps going strong for a little while I will stick it.

I can't really imagine how you 2wd guys get off the line without going sideways every time bc I have the same problem that AF has when launching in 2wd.

Oh yeah, traction is a problem. It rained today so I didn't even try. But I am looking forward to seeing what works.
