Well I was just thinking that 250 is a lot for a regrind when most sidewinders sell for that or less than that outright. But if you can get comp to hook you up then you might come out ahead in the deal .

I need some convincing guys...
I am looking at a guy selling his pp heads for $750, the "problem" is they are not CNC ported heads, these are hand ported heads that he did.... sooooooo should I..... really on the fence....

Unless this guy is super reputable and has prove that he can use a flow bench and all the necessary tools and procedures used for a proper port polish job then hell no.

Oh also I'm an 03 in the forgotten club and I kinda want to do a cam sometime or another. I'm looking at a comp 260. Yay or nay? I like it because there is no tuning but will my truck still have manners in cold weather?

If this guy has done a lot of heads and has a good reputation, then it might not be a bad thing to look into. But if this is just a guy who pulled his heads and tried his hand at p&p them, I would say no way. It really comes down to how confident you are in this guys work.

Yeah I think Im gonna pass on them. They look emaculate, just cant find enough info on the guy that did them to make it worth the $$$ oh well. guess its just gonna have to be the cam, drop and caltracs this summer.... heads would have been nice though
