Well, I'm happy to post a new best time. Recent changes are the Magnaflow high flow cat which slowed me down a little . I believe the stock cat flows better than the Magnaflow cat. Installed the DSP Crom 9r06 which was said to be better than the others. Diablo says they are all the same. Go figure that... Waited for the day to cool a little and went out and made a few runs.

1/4 - 14.16 @ 91 mph
1/8 - 8.86 @ 75 mph
0-60 mph - 5.67

I'm pleased as I haven't done anything but the support mods. Still want to get a custom tune on a chassis dyno before going to the strip. We will see how it runs then. It may be my imagination but the 9r06 Crom does feel sharper.

I usually only run up past 60 mph and cut it off. This is something like the third time I actually ran it out. The first two attempts were a mess as I ran into the rev limiter the first time and the second short shifted and KR killed the run. That was a few days ago. Now with the 9r06 Crom installed I'm out playing again. It is a very fine line getting it right. I have a week to get ready for the strip. How much fuel have you added in to kill ST/LT? OBTW, my new Magnaflow is getting louder which I really didn't want to happen. lol

My truck like 7 / .5-1 /.5

Still gotta get my 180 T-stat in there to get rid of the part throttle KR.

Hmmmm, mines a bit different:
1000-3800 - 2.5%
4000-4800 - 3.5%
5000-7000 - 5.5%

Actually seems I could stand a little more fuel in the 4000-4800 as I still have some LT on the 2-3 shift. Not enough to KR, but its there. I see this as the resault of needing a cam with more overlap. This is starting to be fun.

Yeah the LT's need the more fuel at the lower rpm range, and not so much at the top. My AFR right now is 11.9-12.3 which is where I want to see it. I tried adding some more at the top end and the AFR dropped down to 10.8 so way to rich. Do you have a wideband in there yet? I'd be curious to see what your AFR is in the upper rpms with iit set so high

Since I've been back from travel it has been too damn hot to work outside. I'm going to get the truck up on ramps tonight and install the kit in the morning. I'm starting to feel like I'm running out of time. Maybe I can get the dyno in next week as the I want to do the strip next weekend. What's a good setup for tires/rims? I don't see any rubber for the 20" rims. I got a spare set of 17" stock rims, is there anything I can stick on them?
