Default On To Tires

Got My Lift, Got My Rims.. Now My Tires.

I Have Had Many Aggressive Tires, Now It's Time To Ride In Comfort.

The NEW Wrangler AT Extreme -

- or -

The New Wrangler Silent Armor

- or -

Yokohama Geolander A/T S

I Know They Are Not As Agressive as What Ya'll Like To See, But I've Had My Pro Comps, BFG Muds / At's, Mickey Thompsons... It's Time To Actually Get I Tire That I Can Get 20K + Not Fricken Loud.

WHat Ya'll Think?

I've only had a little experience with Goodyear Wranglers - they came on my old 2K Dakota so they weren't the new "silent armor" type...they also weren't that great. Quiet yes, dry traction sure, wet not as good and they wore out way faster than I expected (had like 15K on them and they were down to the indicator) - mind you this was with me driving the thing like an old man (I don't tend to beat my trucks too hard - just expect 'em to perform when I need it). As far as the other types you posted, no idea...I can say that my current Toyo Open Country A/T's have been the best tire I've run on a truck to date. They look cool, have great traction in all conditions I've put 'em in, and have worn very well. With respect to comfort and quiet, well I can say they are very quiet especially for an AT. As far as comfort, I've got a 2500 so with the stiff suspension which is most often un-loaded it's bumpy no matter what

Even if they did not suit our tastes, they are still going to look great on your truck... Cant wait to see them in action!

The Toyo's are undoubtedly more expensive, but at least IMO I got what I paid for.....Some places (like Les Schwab if you have those in your area) will actually let you drive around on a set of tires for a few hours as sort of a "lease" or try before you buy. That might be worth looking into if you've got a shop in your area that does that.
