what would be the best gearing to run 36's on my 05 1500 ifs 4wd. i was thinking 4.56s so i can get towing power pack but not sure exactly which gears to buy.. please help going on a long trip soon and i need better gears
possible if someone could give a direct link to the gears so i know what sizes to get.

From what I understand 4.56's are the lowest you can get into the 9.25" pumpkin. A few of the guys around here have done this already so you might check which brands people are running and how they're holding up. Also break-in is critical with new gears so you don't want to push em hard right outta the box.

thats a pretty good thread for 4.56's as far as prices and brands go. theres a few other threads, i just searched "price for gears" and a bunch came up.
