For anyone who is worried about the 3.8 fan pulling enough air to keep the truck cool, I sat in traffic yesterday going into Philly on 76 for 2 hours in 95 degree heat and the temp never moved. I have also made a good number of back to back 1/4 mile runs with this fan and same thing, the gauge never moves. The only thing I would ever worry about with this fan is towing, then I might need to hook it up to high.

Off_Road_Teacher Is there anyway that you could post a picture of yours so that I can see what it looks like. I have been looking in to doing this mode to my truck.

I would really like a copy of that wiring diagram, if you don't mind.

I do have some pics but you can't really see the fan that well because it is inside of the stock shroud. If you want pics of the brackets or anything like that let me know and I will send them to you.

Here are a couple of pics of the brackets that I made. They are made out of the material used for hanging a garage door opener. I cut it to length then bent it into u-shapes that go over the radiator and down to the e-fan shroud. Since the material has holes already in it the brackets are very easy to bolt up to the existing holes in the radiator.
