how should I paint my rims. I really like #1 and #2

mine are the aluminum ones. I probly would trade them for all chrome ones though.


and I still havent decided on duplicolour or getting them powder coated

the duplicolor just cant match up to getting them painted or powdercoated....I would call a local body shop and tell them that you are getting estimates and you have one estimate for $100 and the other quoted $150 with you sanding and taping off...that is an easy job for them

I would say #2. By leaving the machined lip exposed, you would have less noticable scratches from tire changes, rocks, 4x4ing, ect...... And if you have chrome clad covers, I would think it would be easy to tape off. I will do mine the same way when work slows down. I just haven't deceided on what type of paint to use.
