i personally wouldnt lower a 4wd, but thats me. but a mild drop on a 2 door would look sharp.

Guess Im a little odd then cause I like the rake look. Take a look at the muscle cars from the late 60's - early 70's they have the stance I'm going for, slightly raised in the rear with the hood a little lower that gives them a mean/aggressive get out of my way stance. Not to mention I do use my truck to head out camping/hunting/fishing so any more of a drop and I dont think it be able to make it.

exactly thats what i mean i got fourwheelers i need to go off road but its not real ruff terrain.....but the rake i think it looks good on muscle cars but i dunno about the truck thats why i used just drop shackles but each to there own im sure your truck will look great either way

i like the rake look too, but you acheive the rake look with big a** drag tires in the rear. if they're the same size wheels front 'n back... it just looks wierd to me.

Well all I can say is wait and see. It'll have new wheels and rubber by then wheel well liners and something else. I have no doubts or second thoughts on what I want to do to it or how the end result will look. So just wait and see and trust me on this one, it will look good.

Angry already lowered. want it lower

I have just recently had a 2-5 drop put on my 2008 Dodge Ram 1500. it looks good, although would like it to be lower. is there any way to drop it another inch or two without buying a whole other lowering kit?

depends which kit did you use? how did you drop the front? spindles, springs control arms? im assuming flip kit and shackles on the rear.
