Default 03 hemi ram wants to stall

basically every time I come to a stop the rpms drop down just under 500 it sputters for a second and so far has regained proper idle just about every time its happened besides a few instances its died. anyone have any ideas of where to begin? I had a code awhile back p0441 that dealt with emissions probably because of fuel cap. was wanting to replace egr valve but reading on here found out 03's don't have em. I did clean tb thinking it mighta had something to do with it but to no avail.

i used to get that p0441 code, and it has nothing to do with the gas cap (thats a diff. code). My truck used to do the same thing every now and then, usually when i went from reverse to drive when cold.
I cleaned my tb, ran some lucas injector cleaner, and made a cai... i havent had the code or sputter since. i dont know what fixed it, but you may want to try these things..
yep, 03's dont have egr valve

I will chime in, i have the exact same issue on my 05. I did change the EGR and cleaned the TB. Anyone have any ideas for the two of us?
I don't know if it is coincidence or not but my issue seemed to start after a transmission service?? I have verified the fluid level and it looks good.

What else could our problem be?

yeah the dreaded stall going from reverse to drive. have had that many times cold or hot didn't seem to matter. just did complete transmission and engine oil change bout 2 months ago. just a thing that's been getting worse and dunno where to look. being a salvage vehicle I gotta do everything myself so no going to service department for me.

Have y'all tried to recalibrate the throttle position sensor yet?

I have now and it is still doing it?

Any other ideas?

Not throwing a code Sucks!!

Is there anything that could have happened during a transmission service, because it only seems to do it in gear and out of gear it is OK. I used Royal Purple and changed the filters and this seemed to start a week later or so.

Thanks for any input to help the two of us!

I'd doubt that the transmission service had anything to do with it.

You say you have removed and cleaned the TB?
