But you gotta remeber though- this is a Dodge Ram forum. Which means there will be PROUD Dodge Ram owners speakig their minds on here. Most of us are reasonable guys that just love our trucks. And this is the one place where we can shout it! I love my HEMI, so I come here to talk about it. If I bought a Chevy or Titan, I'd be on THEIR forums. But I personally liked what the Ram had to offer me so I choose to "jerk in this circle." I don't, however, think it's right for Nissan/Toyota/Chevy owners to come here and try to start sh*t. As far as higher quality- well, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Quality can and will be debated. We're all entitled to our opinion and some of us get a little excited about it- but again, this is a Dodge Forum. We can say what we want here.

Look it up yourselves. The numbers I gave are base model figures with no options. The ST 4x4 comes with a 6-speed manual and a 4.7v8. If my source (MSN) is wrong, and it has been known to happen, then I'm sorry.

Far from it my friend, I'm not a fan of the Hemi. I've been looking at getting a newer truck and I'm not even considering the Hemi as a replacement. I'd rather get a 360 magnum and build it myself. That's a motor I like.

 

I don't even know why your pulling me into this, but you are altering the numbers. I've got the 04 Ram brochure in front of me and the 4.7L doesn't tow less than 7100# in a 1500 model.
