If you leave the headlights on, then turn the key off, the headlight will stay on. Thats normal and made to light your way visually to see where you would be walking.

You are correct about no DRLs only in the CAN and not the US

Please post a pic of your bixenon harness

Default Lost in the sauce

I ordered the 9007 Hi/Low setup from Hidextra with the relay harness. I also ordered 2 50w 6 ohm resistors.
I'm trying to clarify what plugs go where.

The relay (square, not rectangular box) gets powered from the battery (red and ground wires). Constant draw? The relay has 2 male plugs to power the ballasts. Not sure where the 3rd plug goes, it's a 2 wire female plug.

I am assuming you mean you bought the HID lo/Halogen hi because the square relay is only for xenon kits and not bixenon.

As for the plug, post a picture of it

Here is a pic of how I think it all connects.
The circle is the plug in question.
The oem plug will connect to the blue.
I'm waiting on new plugs to make pnp resistors.

The relay is what was sent with the HID kit.

Yeah, thats the thing about these harness's, each plug has only one place to go.

I have pre-made HID PnP resistors BTW. Too bad you didnt ask

Hey guys and gals.. Obviously I'm new to the forum... But I'm purchasing a 03 Dodge Ram Quad Cab Thunder Road Edition from a buddy. Now I'm new to the dodge ownership. I've always owned chevy in the past. But from everything i've read and from what i read in this post theres issues with the HID's and resistors being needed.. Basically I'm looking at ordering some HID's for this dodge.. It'll be one of the first things I do. So if someone could please point me in the right direction of what I need... Previously I've always went through DDMtuning for all of my HID needs but if there is somewhere better please let me know...

Also here is the vehicle im getting

DDMtuning is fine. You just need to add load resistors with them to trick the PCM

Is there a specific set I should get?

http://www.ebay.com/itm/290830825687...84.m1423.l2649

That work?

Okay so heres what I'm thinking

12000k 55W for the headlights hi/lo

10000k 35w for the Fog Lights

Now for the fogs do I also need these load resistors? Also I'm ordering 2 battery wiring harness one for each kit correct?
