Default 06 ram 4.7 misfires/ HELP

I've got a stock 06 ram 1500 4x4 4.7 misfires an throws codes at slower speed/rpm feels like a fouled out two stroke almost dead pedal than click the power just hits an it's fine, stalls out occasionally as well. Now here's where it gets fun, the motor blew at 100k so I put a brand new motor in it. Problem continued, replaced all o2 sensors, tps sensor, cam sensor, crank sensor, tips module, fuel pump, alternator and all 8 coils oh an pcv valve... Nothing changed a thing. The problem used to be a few times here an there mostly in colder weather now it's every time the truck starts. Getting ready to drive it into a wall, everyone on every forum I read has dam near the same problem and no ones has a difinitive answer, help

I'll post the exact codes tomorrow, but bank 1&2 multiple misfires and a heater closed loop o2 code, which stays even after I changed sensors wig o2s from the dealer not autozone etc, didn't do a compression test based on problem has been with me for 2 motors, and yes I checked vacuum leaks and replaced pcv valves. I'm not super technical with electrical when volts, ohms etc but mechanically I've changed almost everything short of pcm and fuel injectors, I was really thinking it woulda been the tipm but to no avail there either

so both motors were having this issue, here's my thought, start your truck and check the tailpipe to see if any exhaust comes out, you may very well have a clogged cat. even tho you changed out the 02 sensors a clogged cat will wreak havoc on your truck

Sorry I don't have the cats on my truck, an I have anti foulers on the downstream o2s, and the misfire happens at low speed from takeoff but like I snap my fingers the power hits an it runs fine after that, re ran codes today pulled a
p0153 o2 code, bank 2 sensor 1.
P0300 random cylinder misfire
P2096 downstream fuel system 1/2 lean
P0700 transaxle control system fault

Wonder what effect taking the anti-foulers off would have.

Take a look here:

And Here:

Well there down stream anti foulers only my upstreams are stock position So not sure, in addition I put a gauge on my fuel rail and at idle when the misfire starts my fuel pressure goes from 50-70psi, not sure if that means the regulator is bad but the problem continued after the new fuel pump... My next thing I'm onto is the pcm, anyone have a thought or insight on going that route. It's odd the misfires at low speed an low rpm but when I jump on the express way it's fixs itself an will be fine the rest of the time the trucks running

I changed all the coil packs an plugs 3 times, an not sure in the injectors ive never thrown any injector codes. Odd the the upstream 02 code wont go away even though ive changed numerous sensors
