I am persistent and will stay the course. No way I am going to accept this vibration after spending over 30 grand for a new vehicle. Yes I could drive it in 5th or engage the tow/haul circuit. All that is is a bandaid for the problem. Chrysler needs to address the problem and produce a fix. I dont recall reading anything about MDS vibration in the sales brochure or in the owners manual. This will be a long road!
Take it back to them and RAM it right up THIER azz just like they did to you when you bought it.
I agree with others, my operators manuel didnt say anything about noise`s and vibrations either.

All i can say about dodge RAM today is.... Ram`s A Mistake....PERIOD...!
They ARE a sharp lookin truck, but thats all they got going for them as far as i can see.
They`re in 3rd place for a GOOD reason...! The quality & service just sucks.
Oh, and how bout those 2011 rear diff`s blowing out now...HAHAAAAA
3,000+ miles and POOF, the chinese bearings are seizing up...!
Way to go you dumb azz`s, outsource for some more parts...! (DUHHHHH)

I've posted 2 on this thread. Do a search on "bearings". I'm not going to re-post it again .

I have a 2011, same issue. I sure wish I would have gotten the Denali I was looking at instead. Plastic rims, cheap Chinese bearings in rear end, stretched leather seats looking like crap at only 1,000 miles? Truck sure LOOKS nice though!

The vibration/lugging feeling between 40/50 mph I can duplicate. It takes MDS on and very very light throttle.I have 3.92 gearing and I bet with 3.21 or 3.55 its really noticeable.BUT any type of incline even very small or any throttle given at all the slight vibration goes away immediately. The lugging feeling is still somewhat there. But it goes away with only slightly more RPM.My wife and I duplicated this many times over the last two days. There is noting to FIX.Its not a ISSUE in my book. Its the nature of the truck. If you drive around that light of a throttle in high gear at that speed in 4 cyl mode oh well.Live with it.No wonder a rep says NORMAL.I agree. Now if its something more then I experienced then maybe it needs more looking into.I can see why some owners would never notice a thing unusual.I didn't really notice that until reading these posts. But I had to HUNT and make it do that feeling. As far as this CHINESE bearing thing. All manufacturers of just about everything out source. But the REAL issue is LOW differential fliud due to the fill hole on the cover being too low.Should be easy enough for Chrysler to remedy. I had customers over the years that made mountains out of molehills.I have seen some of these really poor vehicles bought back after the owners made dealer employees hooked on Maalox. Then sold to someone else whom drove them 100k plus and LOVED the vehicle and no warranty claims etc. Some folks just buy and plain don't like a vehicle after purchase and expect the manufacture to re engineer it or refund them their money for their purchase that they disliked afterwards.Dodge trucks have always been less expensive then Ford or Gms.But these 4th Gens sure are nice for what you pay for.I shopped Ford and GM,Dodge for months before I bought.I'm happy with what I spent and the product for the most part. I ran into a lady at Walmart that works at ZF.Its in Gainesville Georgia.I was shocked that they are running THREE shifts and building 10,000 differentials a month for Dodge trucks and Mercedes.Sales must be good somewhere.
