I live up here in the cold northeast, LOTS of cowboy plow trucks around here. Most the guys have their lights aimed right down in front of their plows anyway, so its not a big deal how bright they are, as they need to see the ground in front of them to plow snow.

I actually grew up in upstate NY, left for Georgia at college time and have only set foot back in NY three times since the late '80s. My old man had a 3/4 ton Ford when I was a kid with a plow for winter. I spent many a winter day plowing the parking lot at his shop...
