so it looks like at times there is roughly an increase of 50 HP and TQ to the ground with a simple programmer??? seems too good to be true but I guess possible with this beast of an engine. wonder if gas mileage will take a dive?

why not, the 08 has 345 HP and all of a sudden we have 390 the next year? What did Dodge do?

My guess would be that they took out some of the de-tuning that they do to save the transmissions.
One of the many problems that I see with these after market tunes, is the possibility of taking out the tranny. I suspect that dodge will be attempting to detect these type of tuning changes, especially for those of us with the lifetime powertrain warranty.
Has Diablo mentioned if this leaves a footprint on the Hemi PCM? I too would be worried about losing my warranty. I would love to have that extra HP. The thread mentions the traction control being reduced 50%, what about the torgue management?

I had read somewhere that anytime there is a flash a code comes up which I read could be erased before you go to the dealer. I mentioned this to Diablo and they were not surprised and would look in to it.
There is a code that comes up every time I flash with my Hypertech. It does not illuminate the CEL. It can be erased. I was a beta tester for the Hypertech and did not notice the code until they asked me to flash an update. When I plugged up to flash, it read the code and I had to clear it before continuing. After I flashed the update, it was there again and I cleared it. When I flashed back to stock for a trip to the dealer, it was there again, and I cleared it. The dealer flashed my pcm as part of the service (rapid response), and did not say anything about me having done anything to the PCM. When I got back home and flashed back to the Hypertech tuning the code came up again, and, again, I cleared it.
