Well performance is hardly an issue in traffic in the city which most of our driving is done. We do have an expressway gets you from one side to the other and a few larger streets that 70KM/h can be steadily driven so I wanna save some gas, hit cruise and voila...oh a mustang pulled up quickly dump the cruise hit the shifter into 5th then depending on your speed maybe drop down to second and hit the gas and see if he wants to go, you will know. Oh maybe I might need performance in the city hmmmmmm, I hope there aren't too many Mustangs around.LOL
I understand what you mean, but I have not noticed anything before having the light and I am gonna sit in the passenger seat the first time have my wife drive and then her tell me whenthe light comes on and I will be listening intently to the truck for any sounds or unruly shifts things like that. Then I will drive and see if it ever comes on for me.

Not all of us want our truck to be a Challenger!

All this TSB does is enable the ECO light for those of us that don't have it.

My question is "IS that all it does, since the ECO light is only on the 10s not the 09s. Does it, in fact, display "Fuel Saver", or the "ECO" logo." If the latter, it may do a bit more...

That's what the service adviser told me and it's all I have to go on. It may also enable the push button start feature!!

I don't think we really ever know what all these TSBs do and I don't think the techs do either. They get a code and a short discription of the major fix.

Fuel Saver
nothing else and I asked about the push button again and they actually had a technician play with a challenger go kit on a Ram since they were receiving so many questions they tell me, it was decided could not be done because of the different canbus speeds. Something I know squat about. Now that does not mean it can't be done. We all gave up on the Fuel Saver light....I am pushing for the trailer brake.

I talked to my service rep and he said if it said ECO I would have already had the light and would have just been turned off in the EVIC. ECO came after Fuel Saver

Brought my truck in before to get the flash. Guy comes out and says my truck is locked up because i have aftermarket radio installed. He then tried to put back old flash and now i have no cluster at all. They are ordering me a new one for tommorow. Had to drive home with my wipers running not knowing my MPH and no radio.
