I am still having the problem with radio switching to auxiliary. It seems to be doing it more frequently now that it has started to get warmer outside. I am hoping they fix this soon. I have already had a new radio put in and updated to the latest radio software with no luck.

Just plug in a aux cable and don't hook anything into it. I haven't had a problem since. They replaced my radio too and I had the same problem

Probably a software issue, call the dealer and ask them to give you some rental..

Default Media Hub Replacement Worked

I brought the truck into the dealership for the third time a few weeks ago and they replaced the "Media Hub" This seems to have done the trick, I haven't had the problem since.

I did the exact same thing you did Mopar Man....and no troubles for me at all. I figure technical things on a vehicle are just more things that can go wrong, and I don't have an electrical engineering background so I stick to the basics as much as possible

Default 2014 Dodge Ram SLT Big Horn

My truck did not come with the back up camera option. I would like to add it (oem), I have the 8.5 inch screen. Any suggestions?

Default Radio issues

We bought our truck in Nov and it has been in at least 4 times for the radio. New radio, retired, new modem and soft ware update. It is still bouncing between radio and media, there is no pattern to it. Other than plugging in an auxiliary cable any other suggestions?

Default Radio Issue

We have had the truck in twice (called several times to inquire about updates).

1. They couldn't fix...told us to wait...it could be 6 months.
2. We took it in to have flashed after 4 1/2 months of dealing with the issue...they had more updates, it did not fix it, however they said they also had the update to replace the media hub.- they placed one on order and called yesterday to schedule installation. We have it scheduled to replace the hub today.
3. However, once they did the last software update, my key fob to lock and unlock the door stopped working...They will supposedly look for a fix today for that as well. Fingers crossed.

I will let you know if the media hub replacement fixes the issue.
