When I ground the amps to the seat bolt.... Do I bolt it down below or above the carpet? Like do I put it between the seat frame and nut (above the carpet), or between the seat frame and cab (below the carpet)?

Just let me know if you don't inderstand the question... Because it's a little confusing!

Best suggestion is this... when you ground to anything you should always strip away any extra paint/plastic/rubber/residue where the ground will be touching to ensure that you get the best posible ground. I post below the actual seat metal track thing... sorry very vague description... I try to make sure that all my grounds and power wires are completely hidden so if thats what you are going for, then do that

Well I mounted the amp rack to the sub box today... and it looks AWESOME!!!

While I was taking the seats out, I noticed a little plastic "disc" covering up a hole in the floor board. When I pulled the disc off I saw that it was a whole leading directly to the frame. I looked on the frame and saw that there was two drilled holes really close to this hole in the floor board, so I pulled the wire through the hole and made sure it wasn't in the way of anything. So now, I am going to sand down the part of the frame next to the hole and use that as my ground!

That sounds like a good spot to do it.. just make sure u use some form of a rubber grommet or something so that the wire that is exposed to the metal hole in the floor board doesnt get cut into or anything.Knukonceptz sells them on their site somewhere... or if u want to be cheap about it just electrical tape the perimeter of the hole then stuff some foam around the wire or use one of those plastic sleeve jackets for wires. Either way yyou should be covered

Here is the best pic I have of the system! My goal for this system was to make it as hidden as can be from the outside! I think I accomplished that one, don't you think?!
