Do any of remember the movie "CORKY" starring Robert Blake? It featured a 69 Cuda with a Superbird wing. Looked pretty good.
I've been following the Cud section on Ebay for the past few weeks and noticed that you can pick up a 68-69 Cuda worth the money. some of them are pretty decked out.
What if you were to take one of them and add the wing and a few other goodies to make a poor mans Suoperbird or a flying fish?
It wiuld be neat to see one of 'em on the road.
Superbirds are not cheap and the clones are even getting a lot of money but this way you have you cake and eat it too. What do you think?

You want an opinion. I would probably laugh more then admire. People did weird thing to cars in the '80's. These cars are getting to rare to screw around like that now. Although it would be your car and you do as you please, I would expect more people would wonder what on earth was the guy thinking. You might as well put side pipes on it and fuzzy dice. Sorry for the opinion but I just don't see it.

I had a'68 Barracuda back in 1982-83 it had what we called "organ pipes" on it. they were side pipes with 4 outlets on each side. They exited in front of the rear wheels, and had little elbows that you could attach so that the exhaust would go up rather than out. This was a [sm=badidea.gif] because the hot exhaust started to damage the paint, and when it rained the exhaust would fill with water. That made for some good laughs when the engine started, but it probably wasn't good for the car.
