98 avenger stalls when hitting the brakes
98 Dodge es 6cyl it stalls when I hit the brakes after I put it on the dyno at about 14 miles, if I shoot starting fluid in the intake it runs but if I hit the brakes again it stalls. Items replaced, distributor, rotor, coolant temp sensor, fuel pump relay and the IAC. I have 55 lbs pressure with the fuel pressure gauge and it stays steady even when it stalls but finally trickles down. Any ideas? Thanks

I HATE trying to troubleshoot things over the internet since you've thrown so many parts you might have added new troubles ...
I said to block off the EGR , this will show if there is air getting in , (not replace the EGR)
you replaced it but it might not be getting the signal to shut off ...
blocking the egr (on passenger side of rear of manifold) make a small metal block off and try it , if the car idles then the EGR is the trouble then you have to check the signals (since you replaced it already)

It stalls while the car is rolling too? Are you saying the Engine dies as soon as you hit the brake? or because the car is STOPPED at a light?
does it have to be in Gear? or it will stall in neutral too?
this really makes no sense. Maybe your brake electronic is shorted to something? try Disconnect the Brake Switch, now hit the brake, see it it still dies.
