That shows you what you know.
That shows you what you know.
You're getting upset over this and maybe you need to take a step back and take your own personal experience out of the equation here.
Your experience with this guy is *only* that. It counts for nothing with the customers who sent him money, had that money taken, apparently received nothing and are unable to find someone who apparently has gone to ground. Despite the fact that people can talk to other people live on other continents for free this guy can't do any more than text messaging now?
All this "secret sauce takes time" business is irrelevant given the behavior of the seller, and you would know that if you stepped back for a minute and looked at this objectively.
Well, Ty called Friday night and apologized a whole bunch and we had a very nice chat, and I expect my stuff sometime midweek.
He comes across as very presentable, knowledgeable and all that, just not real organized is my impression.
Keep trying the number in a previous post and eventually he'll get back to you.

I have yet to here back from him. I would just like my product or a refund, I don't think I am asking too much from him.
Ty please contact me as to the whereabouts of my intake or refund.
Thank you.

Well, despite a good performance on the phone, sounding all sincere and stuff, it's been longer than he promised and still no stuff.
Phantom505 said back there a bit that if this guy didn't want to be found, he wouldn't be - sure looks like he scammed us good,
guess he and Mr. Phantom have a nice little racket going on, nice performance guys, but I'm still seriously pissed.
Time to start the authorities looking for him - diesel mechanics around a known area shouldn't be all that hard to locate, given a 'normal' commute radius.

BillB and other "jiltees", PayPal ended up refunding my money after my credit card company got involved.
I've been hitting the numbers listed here for this guy several times a day for the last couple of days and no response at all. So I guess it's 'just another loser criminal' day in california. It's real hard to control what I want to say in here - being public and all, I just hope I never meet him in person.
Anyone have any other options available?
Mike
