Default Picked up a new trailer !!

It's new to me anyway.

I know it nowhere near as fancy as some of the rigs you guy's are towing, but it's my first "real" trailer. Prior to this I was camping in my converted motorcycle trailer. My bike trailer is fine, but my ladyfriend and I both kinda wanted a bathroom so I went shopping. I picked up a 1999 Prowler. It's weird, I'm not sure how big it is. The number near the door is something like 824 or something like that. As a result, I think it's a 24 footer. The previous owner thinks it's 25. Who knows. The GVWR is 5600lbs.

Here it is.It needs a bathand I know the hitch is the wrong height. I took this pic less than 1/2 hour after picking it up. I've since adjusted the hitch to the proper height.

Nice camper! I think you'll have more fun camping in that than your cargo trailer

Alright, congradulations on your new second home. I remember awhile back you had been looking around. Good to see ya pull the trigger. Does this me you and the lady friend are going to become "snowbirds"? If ya'll end up coming to the deep south, let us all know, maybe have a gathering.

I was wondering how much a trailer like that runs..I looked at some 5th wheel prowlers but they were like $25,000.. just trying to get some ideas. What year and how much $$$$$??

That white stripe is the mounting strap for the aux. towing mirrors. I ran a pair of them mirrors for years, best aux. tow mirrors you can get in my opinion. For the most part the numbers on the side usually don't come close. measure it yourself to know for sure. Don't forget they measure travel trailers from the tip of the tongue. Nice rig, you will enjoy it. I notice that it looks like a bunkhouse. Is there more to this story?..........
Congrats!!

Looks like a fine rig... What does it have onthe insides? Does it have a garage?

Do yourself a favor andcheck the wheel bearings and brakes before you get too far from home.
